Reservations & availability
Reservations are subject to fleet availability and confirmation. Equipment models may vary while providing comparable function and capacity.

Rental period & returns
The rental period begins when equipment leaves Longhorn Rental’s control and ends when returned or picked up and checked in. Extensions require approval.

Delivery & jobsite access
Customers must provide safe, legal, and unobstructed delivery access. Additional charges may apply for delays, redelivery, or unusual site conditions.

Safe operation
Only trained and authorized persons may operate equipment. Customers are responsible for following manufacturer instructions and applicable laws.

Fuel & cleaning
Equipment should be returned at the agreed fuel level and in reasonably clean condition. Refueling or excessive cleaning fees may apply.

Damage & loss
The customer is responsible for loss, theft, misuse, and damage beyond ordinary wear during the rental period, subject to the final rental agreement.

Insurance
Proof of acceptable insurance may be required. Coverage requirements and any available protection options will be stated before the rental begins.

Breakdowns & service
Stop using equipment that appears unsafe or malfunctions and notify Longhorn Rental promptly. Do not attempt repairs without authorization.

Payment & inspection
Charges are due under the agreed payment terms. Customers should inspect equipment on receipt and promptly document any visible issue.
